Organic Cannellini Bush Beans Planting Instructions:
Cannellini Bush Beans prefer full sun and a warm soil bed, 65 F or warmer. Sow the seeds after the last frost of the season, 2 to 3' apart and 1" deep in rows 20 to 36" apart. Use mulch to keep the seed bed damp.
Organic Cannellini Bush Beans Harvesting Instructions:
For fresh beans, harvest when the seeds are fully formed, about 80 to 90 days after planting. For dry beans, harvest when most of the leaves have turned yellow or fallen off, between 90 and 120 days after planting. If the weather prevents field drying, the plants can be pulled up and dried under cover or indoors. Once fully dry, the beans can be stored in a cool dry place and in an airtight container. Soak dried beans before cooking.
